The Environmental Field Technician role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to grow their technical and communication skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. The position involves working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, with occasional regional travel. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to develop strong mechanical aptitude, accurate field documentation skills, and effective communication while collaborating with clients and team members across all levels of the organization.

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in construction, engineering, geology, environmental or a related field is a plus.
Prior field-based experience and/or certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER) are a bonus, but not required — we’ll help you get there!
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
